REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All donations made to Babri Masjid Foundation West Bengal are voluntary in nature and made with the donor’s free consent.

1. NO CANCELLATION OF DONATIONS

Once a donation is successfully made through this website, it cannot be cancelled. Donations are processed immediately for religious and charitable purposes.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE DONATIONS

Donations are generally non-refundable. The Foundation does not provide refunds for change of mind, personal reasons, or dissatisfaction after donation.

3. EXCEPTIONAL REFUND CASES

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional situations:

• Duplicate payment made by the donor

• Technical or payment gateway error resulting in incorrect debit

4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund, the donor must contact us through our official email within 7 days of the transaction date. The request must include valid transaction details such as payment reference number, date, and donor information.

5. REFUND APPROVAL

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval or rejection of any refund request is solely at the discretion of Babri Masjid Foundation West Bengal.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within a reasonable period and credited back to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines.

7. PAYMENT GATEWAY RESPONSIBILITY

The Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers during the refund process.

8. POLICY CHANGES

Babri Masjid Foundation West Bengal reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
